Processing
Calls are made in small batches and shipped within 2–5 business days. If something’s on a longer build, we’ll tell you up front.
Shipping
Flat-rate shipping across the lower 48 via USPS, with tracking on every order. Free shipping on orders over $75.
Returns
30 days on unused calls in original condition. We’ll make it right — no runaround.
We ship across the United States with tracking on every order. Orders placed before noon ET usually go out the same or next business day once the call is finished and checked. You’ll get a tracking number by email the moment it’s on its way.
Hunting season gets busy — if a call is built to order or running behind, we’ll email you with an honest timeline rather than leave you guessing.
Returns & Exchanges
If a call isn’t right for you, send it back within 30 days in unused, original condition for a refund or exchange. Reach out at hello@longleafduckcalls.com and we’ll get you a return started.
Warranty & Repairs
Our calls are built to be passed down, not thrown away. If a call has a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace it. Reeds are wear parts — if yours goes flat or sticks, get in touch and we’ll help you sort it.
