From Blank to Lanyard
Three Steps. No Shortcuts.
01 — Turned
Each barrel and insert is turned on the lathe from a single blank, shaped to fit the hand and the sound we're after.
02 — Tuned
The reed and tone board are set and tested by ear — cut, gap, and crook adjusted until the call breaks clean and runs the full range.
03 — Finished
Hand-finished and sealed to ride wind, water, and seasons of hard use. Then it's blown, checked, and numbered before it ships.
